Project Based Learning and Climate Change

Belmont French Immersion and English grade 6 and 7 students recently were called to action to learn more about climate change and how it has affected different areas of British Columbia. Working in randomly selected groups and in conjunction with grade 6 and 7 students at Noel Booth Elementary, they researched how climate change has affected the plants, animals, weather and water in the Haida Gwaii, Thompson-Okanagan and Peace River/Dawson Creek areas of British Columbia.
