Good afternoon, Belmont Families,
We are excited to be welcoming our students back to school very soon. We know this is an exciting, yet anxious time for many of our students and families, so we wanted to share with you what we have put in place at Belmont for September. We want to assure you that our team is working together to implement health and safety practices at our site so that it is a safe environment for your children to learn and flourish. Our plan follows the guidelines established by the Public Health Officer, the Ministry of Education and the Langley School District.

The Restart Plan references a daily health check form that the School District has created.
- Health Check Form 2020Aug – Fillable PDF
- This form needs to be filled out, signed and brought to your classroom teacher on the first full day of classes (Monday, September 14th). It does not have to be filled out more than once.
- In signing the form, you acknowledge that you will be checking the health of your child each day and that you will NOT have your child attend school if they have ANY COVID 19 symptoms

As part of our Education Restart Plan and preparation ahead of the school year, we are asking parents/guardians to complete the Return to School Survey. The purpose of this survey is to gather information needed to help staff develop plans for the return to school. Our school continues to work at providing learning opportunities to support the needs of all families. Please complete the survey for each child by August 31. Your assistance is appreciated. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school.
